ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात्

We meditate on the divine light of the Sun — may it illuminate our minds.

ॐ सह नाववतु सह नौ भुनक्तु सह वीर्यं करवावहै

May we be protected together, may we be nourished together, may we work together with great energy.

ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय

Lead me from unreal to real, darkness to light, death to immortality.

वक्रतुण्ड महाकाय सूर्यकोटि समप्रभ निर्विघ्नं कुरु मे देव सर्वकार्येषु सर्वदा

O Ganesha with curved trunk and great body, shining like a million suns — remove all obstacles from my endeavors.

या कुन्देन्दुतुषारहारधवला या शुभ्रवस्त्रावृता

She who is white as jasmine and moon, dressed in white — O Goddess Saraswati, remove my ignorance.

गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णुः गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरः गुरुः साक्षात् परब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः

The Guru is Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva — the Guru is the supreme reality. I bow to the Guru.

ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम् उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान् मृत्योर्मुक्षीय मामृतात्

We worship the three-eyed Lord who nourishes all — may He free us from death, like a fruit from its vine.

शान्ताकारं भुजगशयनं पद्मनाभं सुरेशम्

He who has a peaceful form, who rests on the serpent, whose navel holds the lotus — Lord Vishnu.

ब्रह्मार्पणं ब्रह्म हविर्ब्रह्माग्नौ ब्रह्मणा हुतम्

The offering is Brahman, the fire is Brahman — everything is the divine. (Gita 4.24)

त्वमेव माता च पिता त्वमेव त्वमेव बन्धुश्च सखा त्वमेव

You alone are my mother, father, friend, and companion — You are everything.
